15 Months

• Weight:23lbs 5oz. Dropped down to 30%(He was 80th, then 50th). Mommy is not happy about this one. I feel bad. I know he is moving more, blah blah blah, but he shouldn’t be dropping so much. I big drop comes after weaning him at 13months. So now he is not getting any milk calories.
• Height: 32inches. Remains 75%
• Head: 19.5 inches. Increased to 97%.
• Is so close to being able to get from laying to sitting. We finally moved his crib from the newborn setting all the way down, because once he figures it out, he will be able to pull himself all the way up and over he would go.
• Signs: eat, hat, Daddy, more, want
• Loves: being outside, wagon rides, his thumb, elmo, books(boardbooks and regular), hats, balls, rolling, blueberries, noodles, tv, cellphones, feeding himself(fingers and spoon), hairbrushes, toothbrushes, running water, fisher price little people, his bear we let him have in his crib, my headbands(too much like a hat-on and off!), throwing his toys
• Body parts he can point to: belly, hair, mouth and legs. We are working on nose, arms and hands.
• Hates: getting wiped off after meals, being unsteady(afraid to fall), crawling position
• The redraw of his platelets were completely normal. Praise the Lord!

 

This 15mo photo shoot was definitely difficult. One, we borrowed a DSLR camera from a friend(long story) and Caleb wasn’t used to us putting our camera up to our faces, she he would cry every time I would go to take a picture. And two, he wouldn’t sit still in his chair unless he was reading a book, but of course he wouldn’t look up when he was busy reading! Maybe the 18mo shoot will be easier…
